Personalized products: by submitting a customization request, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to use any names, numbers, or designs requested
- Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to change of mind, as permitted by Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU
- Production begins immediately upon order confirmation — cancellations are not accepted once processing has started
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of customization details submitted
We reserve the right to refuse any customization request that infringes intellectual property rights or contains offensive or unlawful content.
5. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify content and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
6. Pricing & Payment

Import duties and customs fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
