1. Overview

All orders are fulfilled by our international distribution partners. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices, shipped directly to your door.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard items: dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation
  • Personalized/custom items: dispatched within 5–10 business days

⚠️ Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. During busy seasons (holidays, major sporting events, or sales periods), processing may take slightly longer.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a photo of your packaged item.


3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free) 7–20 business days

Maximum delivery time: 30 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, except in cases of delays caused by customs, strikes, or high-demand periods.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

💬 Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking code. If one package arrives without all items, the remaining ones are already on their way.


4. Tracking Code

Your tracking code will be sent to your email within up to 7 business days after dispatch, allowing real-time tracking from shipment to delivery.

Tracking information may take 1–5 business days to appear in the system after the code is issued.


5. ✅ Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee the delivery of every order. If your package is not delivered within 65 business days from the shipment date, we will offer — at your choice:

  • full refund, or
  • free reshipment

6. Import Fees & Customs

No import or customs fees will be charged to the customer within our standard shipping zones. If any such fees arise, they are fully covered by us.


7. ⚠️ Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address carefully before completing your order.

  • Address changes are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, as fulfilment begins within that period
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address (after 2–3 attempts), the package will be returned to our supplier
  • new shipping fee will be charged to resend the order, even for free shipping orders
  • We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer

8. Delivery Attempts & Uncollected Packages

  • Carriers make 2–3 delivery attempts at the provided address
  • If unsuccessful, your package will be held at the nearest post office or carrier facility
  • Packages must be collected within 7 calendar days — after this, the package will be returned to sender and a new shipping fee will apply

📦 If your tracking shows "Awaiting Pickup", collect your package at the indicated postal office immediately. If the location is not shown in the tracking details, contact us at [your contact email].


9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund per our [Return & Exchange Policy].


10. EU/EEA Consumer Rights

As required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU, we will notify you of any significant delays. If we cannot fulfil your order within a reasonable timeframe, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
