Return & Exchange Policy

✅ We Accept Returns & Exchanges When:

  • Contact is made within 14 days of receiving the product, as provided by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
  • The product is in perfect condition — unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
  • The item received is different from what was ordered
  • The product presents manufacturing defects that compromise its use
  • personalized product presents defects or obvious errors regarding the requested customization (wrong name, number, or patch applied by us)

🚫 WE DO NOT ACCEPT Returns & Exchanges When:

  • The 14-day return window has passed after delivery (except manufacturing defects)
  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or has broken/removed tags (except manufacturing defects)
  • The reason is incorrect size selection by the customer — please consult our Size Guide before ordering
  • The item is a personalized product (custom name, number, patches, or made-to-order customization) returned due to change of mind — as permitted by Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU
  • The item is a promotional gift or free item
  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper care

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.


💳 Refund Processing

  • Requests reviewed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • EU/EEA customers: refunds issued within 14 days of return receipt, as required by law
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method
  • Card refunds may take 5–30 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds follow PayPal's standard processing policy

Email Subject: RETURN/EXCHANGE - ORDER NUMBER XXXXXX

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number
  3. Reason for the return or exchange
  4. Photos or video (required for defective or incorrect items)
